Common high temperature resistant glues can be divided into organic high temperature resistant glues and inorganic high temperature resistant glues according to their properties.
1. Common organic high temperature resistant glue:
The common temperature resistance of the common high-temperature glue is limited to below 400℃, and it mainly includes silicone glue, phenolic resin glue, urea-formaldehyde resin glue, temperature-resistant epoxy glue, polyimide glue, etc. This type of glue can be soft and elastic, or tough, or hard and rigid. This type of glue can generally be used as a functional filler to provide insulation, heat conduction, magnetic conductivity, fire resistance, flame retardancy and other functions. The bonding strength of high temperature resistant epoxy adhesive is quite high, the results of temperature resistance and high speed operation are very good, and the aging resistance is excellent, so it is used in the fields of aircraft model motors, functional ceramics, etc., and the results are very prominent.
2. Common inorganic high temperature resistant glue:

The temperature resistance of inorganic high temperature resistant glue can reach 1800℃, and it can be used for a long time in the fire. It breaks the global technical problem that high temperature resistant adhesives can only withstand temperatures below 1300℃. High temperature resistant inorganic adhesives are an application The high-temperature resistant inorganic nanocomposite binder made of inorganic nano materials by polycondensation reaction. After selecting the composition ratio and preparation process parameters, the obtained binder is a suspension dispersion system with a neutral pH value, which is not only a strong bonding force. And it is non-corrosive to the metal matrix, and can maintain superior bonding function and corrosion resistance at high temperatures, and has a long service life. The high temperature resistant inorganic adhesive is convenient to use and can be used for direct bonding of high temperature resistant materials.

The coating can be directly sprayed on the surface of the substrate at a high temperature of 400-1000℃. When the moisture evaporates, the coating will instantly adhere to the surface of the substrate. The high temperature resistant maintenance coating is evenly dense, with good thermal shock resistance and obvious protection results.

High temperature resistant expansion rubber can be fire-resistant and high temperature resistant. High temperature resistance is made by using inorganic nanomaterials to carry out chain extension and material transformation reactions at high temperatures. It is an irreversible crystal transformation. It is the latest high-temperature expansion technology of inorganic materials. The linear expansion rate of glue can reach 15%. And no shrinkage occurs after cooling. Selection of high-temperature resistant swelling glue: using special high-temperature inorganic silicate solution, the temperature can reach 1800℃, and it can be fire-resistant barbecue.
