It breaks the global technical problem that high temperature resistant adhesives can only withstand temperatures below 1300℃. High temperature resistant inorganic adhesives are an application The high-temperature resistant inorganic nanocomposite binder made of inorganic nano materials by polycondensation reaction. After selecting the composition ratio and preparation process parameters, the obtained binder is a suspension dispersion system with a neutral pH value, which is not only a strong bonding force. And it is non-corrosive to the metal matrix, and can maintain superior bonding function and corrosion resistance at high temperatures, and has a long service life. The high temperature resistant inorganic adhesive is convenient to use and can be used for direct bonding of high temperature resistant materials.
The coating can be directly sprayed on the surface of the substrate at a high temperature of 400-1000℃.
